| Project Description: | BARD is Special high quality aluminum alloy for Anti explosion , Anti-Evaporation and flame retardant that got patent by me in Tehran in 2008, It is a fine structured , honeycomb shaped network made from high quality aluminum alloy .BARD lowers the upper explosion limit in a tank or container through heat abstraction so much that an explosion is prevented . All this with a loss of volume of only 1.6% BARD work like a big flame arrester in the required application ( e.g. Tanks) and the physical effect is to divide the temperature rapidly and quenching the flame . In case of ignition by sparks can , open fire or firing upon , heat is reduced with such high speed , that burning is slowed down to a minimum , high temperature and high pressure cannot to reach , therefore explosion is eliminated and also evaporation decrease, |
| Project GHG Impact: | 1 – Millions of liters of gasoline are transported by cars , buses , trucks , airplanes and cargo ships .As a matter of fact they are mobile explosive . 2 – Millions of gallons of fuel are constantly being evaporated around the world . BARD reduce the rate of evaporation up to 60% So it reduces evaporation of hydrocarbons. 3 – BARD reduces sloshing movement of liquid cargo . It prevents the excessive movement of flammable liquids inside fuel tankers , which can overturn during transport and explode and burn . 4 – In 2013 we wrote a letter to Dr Moridi ministry of innovation that this product can easily prevent the catastrophic disasters such as the recent explosion of the derailed train in Quebec on July 7, 2013. |
